Every session starts with good prep — and these stretch bands are built for it. Whether you’re waking up sleepy muscles, building joint stability, or working through rehab, this set of three latex bands gives you just the right resistance to move smarter.
Each band features our “Commit. Progress. Repeat.” mantra and comes packed in a Crux Gear carry bag so you can warm up anywhere, anytime.
What’s Inside:
- Light resistance : Green 0.5mm thick loop.
- Medium resistance : Blue 0.7mm thick loop.
- Heavy resistance : Black 0.9mm thick loop.
All bands are 600mm loops | 50mm wide | 100% natural latex
Use Them For:
- Warming up before a climb or session
- Building strength, mobility, and muscle balance
- Rehab or recovery exercises
- Pairing with your MagBoard, QuadBlock, or other Crux Gear for strength training.
Care Tips:
Wipe clean with water (no harsh soaps), dry flat, and store away from heat and direct sun.

Our packaging and mailing satchels are compostable in your garden, or will biodegrade on their own. Even our packing tape can be fed to the worms!
