Edges, pockets and pinch in one portable trainer. The Quad Block is for climbers who want variety without hauling a hangboard, a pinch block and a mono around. Use it for warm-ups, finger isolation, hangs and endurance work.
- Every grip covered – a 25mm flat edge, a 16mm curved edge, mono and two-finger pockets, and a central pinch-loading hole.
- Reconfigurable cord – recessed so every grip stays clear, and re-threadable to change the hang angle.

The size and weight of the mag board is great. We always take them to the crag to warm-up, and they're so small we didn't even think twice about bringing them to Europe with us. They're really well balanced so you can hang easily from a tree or bolt, or just put your foot through the loop and pull.

Pretty cool board, can be put in my chalk bag pocket and use any time any where for training and lifting.
I would love to review the item but I havent recieved it and trying to contact customer service is difficult. Australia post said they have returned the item but I have not heard from crux gear.
