- Dual Hang Edges: One 16mm step, ergonomically curved for comfort and one traditionally flat 25mm step - perfect for finger strength exercises and warm-ups.
- Mono & Hang Training: Includes a circular hole for single-finger mono training and a two-finger slot for hangboard-style exercises.
- Pinch Grip Training: Central hole with a shorter cord for attaching weights, allowing you to strengthen pinch grips by using the mono finger holes.
- Adjustable Cord System: Unique design allows for versatile product reorientation.
- Recessed cords: allows product to be used in any orientation without cord interfering with finger placement.
- Portable & Compact: At just 150 grams, the QuadBlock is lightweight and portable, perfect for climbers on the go.

We use a plant based bio material for our 3d printed products. This is not a petroleum based plastic and does not harm the environment.
Our packaging and mailing satchels are compostable in your garden, or will biodegrade on their own. Even our packing tape can be fed to the worms!

Very useful device considering its size - super compact. 3D printing around the edges where the rope runs through is beginning to fray after ~10 uses but shouldn't break. Great surface feel and good for both hanging and lifting.

We use the Rock ball for pull ups and grip strength. Something different and has so many functions, sick of the modern wood grip balls that you find these days so was really stoked with the Rock Ball.
I like the magboard mini and hope it lasts a long time. It seems solid, compact and well shaped.
