Whether you’re warming up, recovering, or working toward your first unassisted pull-up, these bands are here to back you up — literally. Each band features our “Commit. Progress. Repeat.” mantra and offers progressive resistance to help you move smarter and climb stronger.
What’s Inside:
- Green Band (Light): 6–15kg resistance | 13mm wide
- Blue Band (Medium): 11–30kg resistance | 21mm wide
- Black Band (Heavy): 15–38kg resistance | 32mm wide
All are 2080mm loops and 4.5mm thick, made from 100% natural latex and packed in a durable Crux Gear carry bag.
Use Them For:
- Assisted pull-ups and one-arm hangs
- No-hangs and resistance training
- Portable warm-ups and finger rehab
- Pairing with your MagBoard, QuadBlock, Pinch Rock and or Rock Ball setup.
Care Tips: Skip the soap. Just wipe clean with water and a damp cloth, then dry flat. Store away from heat and sunlight. Check regularly for wear, especially around anchor points.

Our packaging and mailing satchels are compostable in your garden, or will biodegrade on their own. Even our packing tape can be fed to the worms!
