Three bands for assisted pull-ups, one-arm hang assistance, banded no-hangs and warm-ups. Pair them with the MagBoard Mini, Quad Block, Pinch Rock or Rock Ball.
- Green (light): 6–15kg resistance · 13mm wide
- Blue (medium): 11–30kg resistance · 21mm wide
- Black (heavy): 15–38kg resistance · 32mm wide
Specs: 2080mm loops · 4.5mm thick · 100% natural latex · Crux Gear carry bag.
Care: wipe with a damp cloth, dry flat and store away from heat and sunlight. Check regularly for wear, especially where the band meets an anchor point.

Our packaging and mailing satchels are compostable to help reduce the use of conventional plastics.
