These pull-up resistance bands are designed to support warm-ups, recovery, assisted pull-ups, and strength work in a simple portable format. The set includes three resistance options so you can choose the level that matches your training or progress over time. They also work well for one-arm hang assistance, no-hangs, finger rehab, and pairing with tools like the MagBoard, QuadBlock, Pinch Rock, or Rock Ball.

  • Green Band (Light): 6–15kg resistance | 13mm wide
  • Blue Band (Medium): 11–30kg resistance | 21mm wide
  • Black Band (Heavy): 15–38kg resistance | 32mm wide

All are 2080mm loops and 4.5mm thick. Made from 100% natural latex and supplied in a Crux Gear carry bag, they are an easy addition to home sessions, gym training, or travel kits.

Best cared for by wiping clean with a damp cloth, dried flat, and stored away from heat and sunlight. Check regularly for wear, especially around anchor points.
