The Crux Gear Floss Band is a 2m long, 50mm wide compression band designed to help with muscle recovery and joint mobility when training leaves you carrying pump, stiffness, or tension. When wrapped with moderate compression, this 100% latex band helps flush out tight tissues, boost circulation, and bring life back to overworked joints and muscles.

To use, wrap band around limb or joint with 50% overlap, wear for 1–2 minutes max, then release. Always follow safe compression techniques. If in doubt, check with a physio or coach. Best cared for by wiping clean with a damp cloth, dried flat, and stored away from heat and sunlight. Not intended to be attached to anchor points or used as a resistance band for strength work.
