The Boulder Ball is a compact grip trainer designed for open-hand and wide-pinch strength, making it especially useful for climbers training for slopers, wide pinches, rounded holds, and comp-style volumes.

Its shape and grip options make it well suited to dynamic climbing demands, helping you build the kind of open-hand strength and wrist control that carries over to modern movement styles. It also adapts easily for pull-ups, no-hang work, resistance training, and warm-ups, giving you more versatility in one tool.

At 165g and supplied with a 12 kN carabiner, it is easy to pack, quick to set up, and built for regular training at home, in the gym, or at the crag.
