We're don't like it, but orders shipped to the UK & European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties, customs charges or carrier handling fees when they arrive in your country.
These charges are not included in your Crux Gear order or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient before the parcel will be delivered. The carrier will contact the recipient to collect payment so please do not ignore their messages. See Shipping Policy.
